Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, not including weekends and holidays. Once your order ships, you'll get an email with your tracking number.
Shipping Options
Free shipping on all U.S. orders over $100!
(Ships via USPS Ground Advantage)
- USPS Ground Advantage: 5–7 business days
- USPS Priority Mail Express: 1–2 business days
Delivery times are estimates once your order has shipped and aren't guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, and holidays can sometimes slow things down.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you don't have your package, please:
- Check around your home, mailbox, and with neighbors or your building's front desk.
- Wait 48 hours, since packages sometimes get marked delivered a little early.
- Contact your local USPS office to file a missing package request.
