Honey BeeU started as more than just a brand it was a personal reminder to always stay true to myself. Back in 2018, when I was pregnant with my first (and only) child, I knew motherhood was about to change everything including the way I saw myself. I didn’t want to lose my identity in the mix, and finding clothes that made me feel like me? That felt like a challenge. So, I created Honey BeeU a name that literally means Honey, Be You. A reminder for every woman to embrace her true self, no matter what season of life she’s in.
At first, I played around with different styles some were cute, but let’s be real, they weren’t always comfortable. I relied on vendor styles that didn’t fully represent me or the women I wanted to serve. But through trial, error, and a whole lot of learning, I found my passion: creating comfortable, stylish loungewear that actually fits real life.
The game-changer? Slouch socks. In March 2021, we dropped our first pair, and by the end of that year, we had sold 748 pairs. That’s when I knew this was just the beginning.
Fast forward to today, and we’ve left vendor clothing behind to focus on what we do best: bringing you comfort, quality, and style on your terms. In November 2024, we launched our first-ever branded comfy set, and in 2025, we’re stepping it up more to come.
